Business Accounts: For clients with an approved Credit Application, payment terms (e.g., Net 30) are strictly enforced. Late payments may result in the suspension of future shipments and the accrual of interest charges as permitted by California state law.
All items purchased from US Elite are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS or Freight partner).
